Emergency First Aid/CPR
$125-135
Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards (WSIB) and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
VO2 instructors use a learner-centered approach and incorporate a lot of hands-on teaching to review, demonstrate and practice skills. Our instructors also use various teaching aids to help simulate real life emergencies. We were the first in the GTA to provide in-class and blended learning First Aid/CPR courses, and we are the only provider to offer training in multiple languages: English, French, and Portuguese.
