Respect in the Workplace

Overview

The Canadian Red Cross promotes the “Respect in the Workplace” programme to prevent bullying, harassment, and abuse. Through online training and a range of resources, this initiative helps employees recognise harmful behaviours and empowers employers to create safer environments via education and policy. The Red Cross provides both internal policies for its own staff and external resources for other organisations.

Programme Details

Purpose

To create workplaces free from violence, bullying, and abuse through prevention education and effective response.

Online Training: Respect in the Workplace
