CPR/AED levels A, C or HCP/BLS – Certification
$95 -105
Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/
territorial worker safety and insurance board (WSIB) and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Cardiovascular disease is often caused by correctable problems such as an unhealth diet, lack of exercise, being overweight and smoking. In Canada approximately 148 people die from cardiovascular disease and stroke every day¹. 17.7% of all deaths in Canada are from heart disease. Heart disease is the second leading cause of death in Canada, claiming more than 53,000 lives per year.
These deaths often occur outside of a hospital, but the survival rate could double if the victims were treated with CPR and an automated external defibrillator (AED).
A leader in First Aid/CPR for 25+ years VO2 Health Focus certifies over 10,000 participates each year. Learn to recognize and potentially safe a life from the best in the field of First Aid and CPR.
